建立了同时测定果蔬中11种外源植物生长调节剂的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法.果蔬样品经酸性乙腈-乙酸铵溶液,超声波辅助提取, ProElut NH2填料净化后直接进样分析,采用正负离子多反应监测( MRM)模式,外标法定量.结果表明,在优化后的提取方法、色谱和质谱条件下,11种外源植物生长调节剂在0.003—10 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数( R2 )大于0.999,检出限为0.001—0.01 mg·kg-1 ,平均回收率范围为78.4%—100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为2.5%—6.6%.该方法快速简便、灵敏度高、净化效果好,适合果蔬中外源植物生长调节剂的快速测定.

An analytical method for the rapid extraction and determination of 11 exogenous plant growth regulators residues in fruits and vegetable was developed by using ultra high liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The fruits and vegetable samples were extracted by acidic acetonitrile-ammonium acetate solution, assisted with ultrasound, cleansed by ProElut NH2 and injected for detection. The positive/negative ion mode and multiple reactions monitoring ( MRM ) were used for the analysis and external standard was used for quantification. Under the optimized conditions, the 11 exogenous plant growth regulators showed good linearities in the range of 0.003 mg·L-1 to 10 mg·L-1 , with the correlation coefficients ( R2 ) higher than 0.999. The limits of detection of the method were 0. 001 μg·kg-1 to 0.01 mg·kg-1 . The average recoveries of the 11 exogenous plant growth regulators were in the range of 78.4% to 100.1% with the relative standard deviations from 2. 5% to 6. 6%. The method has the advantages of rapid speed, simplicity, high sensitivity and better purification effect. It is suitable for the rapid determination of exogenous plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables.
