糖尿病已经成为继心血管疾病、癌症之后的第三大疾病.尽管遗传和肥胖是糖尿病的主要致病因素,然而,近年的研究表明,环境有机污染物(如有机氯化合物、塑化剂等)在糖尿病发病过程中也可能扮演了重要的角色.一些流行病学研究和机理研究已经表明,环境有机污染物与糖尿病之间具有相关性.本文就若干典型环境有机污染物与糖尿病的流行病学及机理研究进行综合阐述,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考.
Diabetes has become the NO.3 disease after cardiovascular disease and cancer.Although genetics and obesity are considered to be the main risk factors,recent studies have revealed that environmental organic pollutants may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes.Some epidemiological studies and mechanism researches have reported the associations between environmental organic pollutants and diabetes risk.This review summarizes available studies on epidemiological studies and mechanism researches so as to provide references for future research.
