代表应变εR是球形压痕法评价结构材料力学性能的重要参量,是决定能否获得准确的测试数据的关键所在.利用有限元软件,从不同压痕深度h/R角度分析讨论了两种代表应变的确定方法,同时指出,由于h/R较小时不同材料的压力-深度(P-h)曲线有重合倾向,故较大的压痕深度是将球形压痕法应用于实际的必要条件.
