采用反向滴定沉淀法合成Bi2Cu01V09O5.35(BICUVOX.10)纳米粉体材料.通过热重-差热分析和X射线衍射研究BICUVOX.10粉料的相形成过程和相特性.结果表明,样品在500 ℃以上4h退火后已完全形成单一的室温稳定四方γ导电相.用X射线多功能电子能谱对BICUVOX.10粉末的组分分布及化学态进行分析:样品中Bi、V、Cu元素的摩尔比约为20:9:1.透射电镜对样品颗粒分散性的研究表明:一定量表面活性剂PEG4000(聚乙二醇4000)的添加可有效提高纳米BICUVOX.10粉体颗粒的分散性;当PEG4000添加量为5%时,BICUVOX.10纳米颗粒产物的分散性最佳.
