高级检索

采用5 kW CO2横流激光器在45钢基体上熔覆MoB/CoCr金属陶瓷,对激光熔覆层的显微结构、元素分布及显微硬度进行分析研究.结果表明:熔覆区的显微结构致密,形态呈现树枝晶-胞状树枝晶-胞状晶的过渡;熔覆区的主要元素为Mo、Cr和Co,合金化区中Fe元素的含量明显增加;熔覆区的最高硬度值达到2 493HV0.2.
