以水滑石作为储存缓蚀剂Zn2+、MoO2-的纳米容器,制备了MoO42-柱撑Zr/A1纳米水滑石(Zn/A1-MoO42-).利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、等离子体电感耦合光谱仪(ICP)和N2吸附脱附等温线对样品进行表征,采用动电位极化曲线(LP)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试该纳米容器对AZ31镁合金的腐蚀防护效果.结果表明,所合成的Zn/Al-MoO42-水滑石纳米容器具有完整的层状结构,结晶良好,粒径尺寸在80 nm左右,层板间距0.762 nm,最可几孔径为38 nm,为介孔材料,而且它可根据Cl-的浓度差异发生不同程度的离子交换,具有良好的离子交换性能.将其作为颜料添加到环氧树脂中,并于镁合金表面固化成膜,所得的环氧涂层体系在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡70 d后,仍具有较好的耐腐蚀性能.
