席夫碱缓蚀剂因其特殊的结构而具有较好的缓蚀性能,有望在油田防腐蚀中得到广泛应用.合成了一种新席夫碱缓蚀剂2-吡啶甲酰肼缩3,5-二溴水杨醛(L1).通过塔菲尔极化曲线法、交流阻抗法、扫描电镜法和X射线光电子能谱法研究了L1在模拟油田水中对20钢的缓蚀行为,并探讨了其缓蚀机理.结果表明:L1在模拟油田水中的浓度达到75 mg/L时,表现出良好的缓蚀性能,在不同NaHCO3浓度和Na2S浓度下也显示出较强的缓蚀作用;L1分子在20钢表面形成了吸附膜,其吸附符合Langmuir吸附,且属化学吸附.
