采用X射线衍射及DSC热分析仪研究了Al-Zn-Ce合金的玻璃形成能力及晶化特点.发现随着Zn和Ce含量的增加,Al2Zn2Ce金属间化合物的出现,阻止了Al相和Zn相的相分离,有利于形成非晶相,从而提高了合金的玻璃形成能力.Al-Zn-Ce合金的晶化存在复杂的相选择行为,多种相的竞争形核和有限生长有利于铝基非晶合金的形成.铝基合金并不是通过控制形核而形成玻璃的,抑制在冷却过程中所形成的各种晶核的成长是铝基非晶合金形成的主要原因.
