制备具有自乳化功能的丙烯腈封端三乙烯四胺-环氧加成物水性环氧树脂固化剂和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物改性含磷环氧树脂,通过固化剂乳化含磷环氧树脂的方法,制备得到含磷-氮环氧树脂乳液.研究环氧树脂固化剂的中和度及用量对磷改性环氧树脂的乳化性能及形成乳液稳定性的影响,对环氧树脂乳液的阻燃性能和涂膜性能进行考察.实验结果表明,多元胺-环氧加成物水性环氧树脂固化剂在中和度为35%,与含磷环氧树脂混合体系的活泼氢与环氧基摩尔比为1.1∶1理论值时,可以制备得到稳定性良好的含磷氮环氧树脂乳液.当树脂体系磷的质量分数为1.78%,氮的质量分数为5.17%时,其阻燃性能通过UL-94 V0级测试,LOI值可以达到35.5.通过对树脂残炭的扫描电镜表征发现树脂体系是以凝聚相-气相复合阻燃机理,并且含磷-氮环氧树脂乳液涂膜具有优良的综合性能.
