采用四节八晶体宽带型差接桥型电路,设计和研制出了一种用于通讯系统中进行较宽范围选频的中高频宽带型带通分立式压电石英晶体滤波器新产品.该产品在中心频率为21.4 MHz时达到160 kHz以上的通带宽度,相对带宽达到74‰.解决的关键技术问题是:滤波电路的设计、21.4 MHz中高频基频滤波晶体半成品的设计、160 kHz通带范围内波动调平的展宽线圈设计及滤波器的插损IL≤4.5 dB、6 dB带宽度Bw6dB≥168 kHz、通带波动≤1.5 dB、阻带衰减≥70 dB等技术指标的实现.
