针对某型发动机压气机整流叶片榫头磨损,应用纳米颗粒复合电刷镀技术进行修复.通过控制电刷镀工艺参数,获得了性能稳定的纳米颗粒复合镀层,并检测了镀层的结合强度、显微硬度、基体渗氢量、耐磨性能及接触疲劳寿命.结果表明:n-Al2O3/Ni镀层、n-SiO2/Ni镀层以及快镍镀层的结合强度均能满足使用要求;与快镍镀层相比,n-Al2O3/Ni镀层硬度提高了25%,对基体的渗氢量降低了47%,耐磨性能是快镍镀层的2.5倍,接触疲劳寿命增加,而n-SiO2/Ni镀层硬度提高了12%,对基体的渗氢量降低了41%,耐磨性能是快镍镀层的2.2倍,接触疲劳寿命增加;纳米颗粒复合电刷镀比普通电刷镀快镍的加工效率提高近1倍;采用纳米颗粒复合电刷镀修复的叶片通过了长试考核,能满足使用性能要求.

Brush - electroplating technology for nanop-articles was applied to repair the rabbet of a certain type of engine compressor blade subjected to wear. Brush-electroplated nanopar-ticle-containing composite coatings with reliable performance were obtained by properly controlling the brush- plating parameters.The bonding strength, microhardness, the amount of hydrogen permeability, wear resistance and contact fatigue life of the com-posite coatings were measured. Results show that brush-electro-plated nano-Al203/Ni coating, nano- SiO2/Ni coating and quick nickel coating all have satisfactory performance. Compared with brush- plated quick Ni coating, the microhardness of nano-Al2O3/Ni coating was increased by 25%, and its amount of hydrogen permeability was reduced by 47 %. The wear resistance of nano-Al2O3/Ni coating was 2.5 times of that of quick Ni coat-ing, and its contact fatigue life was also increased. Similarly, the microhardness of nano-SiO2/Ni coating was increased by 12%,and its amount of hydrogen permeability was reduced by 41% as compared with quick Ni coating, while its wear resistance was 2.2 times of that of the quick Ni coating, accompanied by in-creased contact fatigue life as well. At the same time, the pro-cessing efficiency of brush-electroplating for nanoparticles was al-most two times of that for conventional brush- plating quick Ni.The blade repaired by using brush- electroplating of composite nanoparticles had passed long-term test assessment, showing sat-isfactory performance in engineering applications.
