对中石化洛阳分公司水冷器换热管的宏观形貌、腐蚀产物、腐蚀特征进行分析,结果表明腐蚀失效的原因主要是水冷器水侧换热管由点蚀、垢下腐蚀和细菌腐蚀协同腐蚀作用的结果.同时提出了从控制腐蚀环境、采用涂层技术、工艺等方面的防护措施.
The macrographic morphology, corrosion products, and corrosion features of the failed heat exchange tubes of water coolers for Luoyang Petrochemical Company were examined. The results show that the main reason of corrosion failure of the heat exchange tubes is the synergistic effect of pitting corrosion, under-deposit corrosion and bacteria assisted corrosion on the tubes. In the meantime, preventive measures such as environmental control, application of coating, and proper adjusting the production processing etc. were proposed.
