在8m3氧气高炉上进行了工业化试验,试验氧气高炉炉缸和炉身各设一排风口,炉缸风口喷吹氧气和煤粉,炉身风口喷吹预热的焦炉煤气。试验结果表明:氧气高炉可以实现全氧大喷煤炼铁生产,吨铁喷煤量可以达到450kg,生产效率大幅度提高;炉身喷吹180Nm3/tFe预热焦炉煤气以后,吨铁焦比降低90kg,煤比降低50kg,生产效率提高约20%;氧气高炉进行大规模工业化生产,如果炉顶煤气循环利用,有望大幅度降低燃料消耗,节省成本。
Industrial test was carried out in 8m3 oxygen blast furnace. Hearth and furnace shaft are respectively developed a row of tuyeres. oxygen and powder coal were injected into the hearth tuyeres, and preheating coke oven gas was injected into the furnace shaft. The test results showed that the oxygen blast furnace is feasible to inject oxygen and large coal, coal ratio can reach to 450kg, and production efficiency can be greatly improved. When injection 180Nm3/tFe preheated coke oven gas to the furnace shaft, coke ratio decreased 90kg, coal ratio reduced 50kg, productivity increased by 20%. If the oxygen blast furnace is produced in a commercial scale and top gas is recycled, it can significantly reduce fuel consumption and save cost.
