选择具有非晶形成能力和形状记忆效应的Ti667Ni20Cu13.3合金作为研究对象,制备了不同直径的棒状试样,考察了冷却速率对合金组织结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明,块体金属玻璃基体中原位析出塑性相-形状记忆合金过冷奥氏体相B2-TiNi,应力加载时能够发生马氏体相变对玻璃基体增强增韧.而在一定冷却速率下,塑性相和脆性金属间化合物相在非晶基体中同时析出,试样最终断裂方式取决于马氏体相和脆性相力学行为的竞争.
