由于热流法与激光法在测量高导热铝基覆铜板的导热系数与热阻时均存在一定的局限性,通过分析铝基板两层介质的热传导模型,提出了利用激光法的测量数据代入热传导模型中,求得铝基覆铜板实际热阻与铝基覆铜板绝缘层导热系数的新方法。该方法操作简单,且测试结果较准确。
Because the heat flow method and laser method have certain limitation in measuring the ther-mal conductivity and thermal resistance of high thermal conductivity aluminium based copper clad lami-nate(AlCCL), through analyzing the heat conduction model of AlCCL’s two layer medium, we used the measurement data of laser method to substituted in heat conduction model and the actual thermal resis-tance of AlCCL and the thermal conductivity of its insulation layer were obtained. The method has a sim-ple operation, and its test results are accurate.
