针对链篦机鼓风干燥段球团矿干燥过程,基于多孔介质传热传质和局部非平衡热力学理论,考虑球团矿料层内质量、能量和动量之间的相互耦合效应,建立了干燥过程中球团矿料层内多场耦合传递过程数学模型。采用标准的k-e湍流模型和CFD软件对该模型进行数值模拟,获得了干燥过程中球团的温度和水分含量变化的规律。数值模拟结果与实际测量值相比较,最大相对误差小于10%。
Aiming at pellet drying process in the updraught drying zone of a travelling grate, a mathematical model that deals with coupled multi-field transfer process in pellet layer during drying process is proposed, which is based on the theory of heat and mass transfer and non-equilibrium thermodynamics in porous medium and taking into account the coupling effect among mass, energy and momentum. The model was simulated with k-e turbulence model applying CFD software, and the law of change in temperature and moisture content in pellet during the drying process were obtained. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the measured values, and the maximum relative error is less than 10 %, which means that the model is effective and reliable. The model can be used to optimize the production operation parameters, so as to improve the product quality and production, and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
