通过对板坯连铸机生产过程中出现的塞棒失控、中间包包盖掉料、浸入式水口穿钢、结晶器液面翻钢等问题跟踪研究与分析，从技术和管理角度制定了解决措施，使板坯连铸机生产稳定顺行，铸坯质量不断得到提高。
Aiming at the problems in slab continuous casting process such as stopper getting out of control, refractory of tundish ladle cover dropping out, liquid steel penetrating submerged nozzle and mould level fluctuating, corresponding settlement measures were laid down from technology and management by keeping tracks with research and analysis. The results showed that the settlement measures made production of slab caster steady and further improved slab quality.
