The magnetic properties of Polycrystalline samples Pr0.5-xGdx Sr0.5MnO3(x=0,0.1,0.2)are studied by Superconducting quantum magnetometer (SQUID) and electron spin resonance (ESR).A Griffiths-like phase is observed in the system.In the temperature region Tc< T < T*,the resonance signal consists of a ferromagnetic resonance line and a paramagnetic,with temperature decreases,the ferromagnetic signal moves to the low field.These results indicate that a Griffiths-like phase exists at Tc < T< T* the samples,which is due to intrinsic inhomogeneity caused by quenched disorder.
