用FEM方法对不均匀温度场三辊楔横轧棒材的轧制过程进行了数值分析,分析了轧后轧件径向截面上温度及等效应变的分布规律,并通过实验研究分析测定了截面上不同位置处的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:不均匀温度场三辊楔横轧棒材轧后温度场与等效应变在轧件径向截面上成环形分布,且心部温度高变形量小,由心部向外温度逐渐降低变形程度逐渐增大。轧后轧件径向截面上不同位置处组织及性能存在一定的差别。轧件心部为珠光体与先共析铁素体组织,外层边缘为球化渗碳体与铁素体组织。

Rolling process of three-roll cross wedge rolling by non-uniform temperature field was numerically simulated with finite element method(FEM).Distributions of temperature and equivalent strain in radial section of the rolled pieces were analyzed.Microstructure and properties of different positions in radial section were investigated.The results indicate that the temperature field and equivalent strain are ringlike distribution in the radial section of the rolled pieces.There are high temperature and small strain in the center.The temperature decreases and the strain increases from center to surface gradually.The microstructure and properties of the rolled pieces are different at different positions along radial section from center to surface.The microstructure in the center consists of pearlite and proeutectoid ferrite,however,the surface includes cementite particles and fine ferrite.
