本文用恒电位一恒电流(P-G) 瞬态响应技术,研究了孔蚀形成与发展过程的实验方法和数据解析。由分析不同极化电位下P-G 响应曲线数据计算得到的表征钝化膜特性和稳定性的电化学参数的变化关系,提出了临界孔蚀电位E_(cp)的概念和判断与分析产生孔蚀的原因与特征的方法。用此技术测定了304SS在0.1mol/1和0.5mol/l NaCl溶液以及321SS在0.5mol/l NaCl溶液中的P-G 响应特性,并讨论了这3种腐蚀体系的孔蚀特性。
