马钢硅钢厂UCM轧机批量生产电工钢以来,工作辊磨损居高不下、换辊频繁,严重影响了硅钢厂的生产组织与产品兑现。通过长时间的跟踪、大量的数据统计,找出了影响轧辊磨损的因素,提出了相应的改进策略,并进行了工业试验与调整。试验结果表明:轧辊磨损的异常情况得到改善,异常换辊次数得到控制,解决了辊耗偏高的现状,保证了生产组织的顺利进行。
Since a large quantity of electrical steel were produced by UCM mills in Si-Steel Plant of Masteel,working rolls were worn seriously and replaced frequently,which disturbed the productive organization and product plan.Through long real-time tracking and amount of statistical data analysis,the influential factors on working roll wear were found and the corresponding improvement strategies were put forward.Based on these studies,industrial tests and adjustment programs were conducted.The results showed that the working roll wear and the number of replaced roll were reduced.Finally it was successful to solve the problem of high roll consumption and to ensure the smooth production.
