在X70管线钢LF精炼后期分别以100m/min和200m/min速度向钢中喂入300~500m硅钙线或添加硅钙钡铁,对钢中夹杂物进行变性处理.喂钙后钢样、结晶器钢样和铸坯样中的Ca_(Tot)和夹杂物分析表明:钙处理后钢中钙含量在不断下降;夹杂物的组成、形貌和尺寸也在不断变化.根据钢中夹杂物的变化、夹杂物对高级别管线钢性能和连铸顺行的影响,提出了高级别管线钢生产中夹杂物变性控制策略.
300-500 m SiCa lines were injected with speeds of 100 m/min and 200 m/min or SiCaBaFe alloy was fed into liquid steel to modify the inclusions in the later stage of LF refining of X70 respectively. Samples were taken from molten steel in ladle after injection, molten steel in the mould and slab. The investigation of the Ca_(Tot) and inclusions shows that: the calcium content in the steel drops after the calcium treatment; the compositions, morphology and si-zes of the inclusions varies with the production. Rules for inclusion modification was put forward according to the variation of inclusions and influence of inclusions on the properties of the high grad pipelines and casting.
