羟基磷灰石(HA)微载体是由钙磷酸盐组成的具有无毒、耐腐蚀、良好的生物相容性以及骨传导性等优点的微球.综述了HA微载体的制备方法,主要有微乳液形核法、模板-自组装法、高温熔融法、喷雾干燥法等,简要介绍了HA微载体在药物载体、分离纯化、培养细胞等方面的应用,展望了HA微载体今后的发展.
