以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为桥基,将聚乙二醇单甲醚接枝到九乙烯十胺上,并进一步化学交联,得到新型高储能密度有机定形相变储能材料.采用红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、显微热台拍照、X射线衍射(XRD)与热重(TG)分析技术分别对材料的结构、相变潜热和相变温度、热定形效果、结晶性能及热稳定性进行了详细的研究.结果表明,该类材料经化学交联后具有优异的热定形性能,相变潜热达到100 J/g以上,热稳定性优异,具有实际应用价值和前景.
