以0.3作为指标权重的上限,对传统熵权法进行改进,建立了改进熵权法模型;以燃气涡轮叶片选材为例,选择18种典型的变形合金和铸造合金作为候选材料,确定5种评价指标,根据所建模型得到评价指标的权重,继而采用ITOPSIS法对18种候选材料进行综合评价。结果表明:选出的最佳燃气涡轮叶片材料为Udimet700变形合金,与实际应用选择结果一致,说明改进熵权法确定的客观权重合理、可行;改进熵权法避免了指标权重超大的现象,能够充分体现各指标的重要程度,与客观实际更加贴近,值得推广应用。

The traditional entropy method was improved by regarding 0.3 as the upper limit of weight for evaluation indices,and the improved entropy method model was constructed.Taking the material selection of gas turbine blade as an example,eighteen kinds of typical deforming alloys and casting alloys were selected as candidate materials,and five kinds of evaluation indices were determined.According to the model constructed above,objective weights of five kinds of indices were calculated,and then candidate materials were comprehensively evaluated by ITOPSIS methed.The results show that deforming alloy Udimet700 was the best material for the manufacture of gas turbine blade,which accorded with the industrial practice.All above showed that objective weights obtained from improved entropy method were reasonable.Improved entropy method avoids the over big phenomena of index weight,can show the importance degree of every index,and is even more close to the objective reality,and it is worth generalizing application.
