利用灰色系统理论研究了气孔孔径分布对刚玉质低水泥浇注料分别在110, 1100和1500 ℃下热处理后强度的影响.研究结果发现在所有热处理温度范围内,45~90 μm的孔径区间对浇注料强度的影响最为显著;在相同热处理温度下,孔径分布与浇注料抗折强度的关联度大于与耐压强度的关联度;随着热处理温度的升高,不同孔径区间与浇注料耐压强度的总体关联度先增加,后减小,而与浇注料抗折强度的总体关联度则一直增大.
Influence of pore size distribution of corundum-based low-cement castable on the strength after heat treatment at 110, 1100 and 1500 ℃ respectively was studied with grey system theory. The research results showed that pore size distribution of 45~90 μm had dramatic effect on strength during the whole temperature range of heat treatment. The grey relational degree between pore size distribution and modulus of rupture (MOR) of the castable was larger than that with cool crushing strength (CCS) at the same temperature. The general grey relational degree between different pore size distribution and MOR was increased all the time while that with CCS was increased first and then decreased as the temperature increasing.
