承钢CAS-OB精炼炉采用在线布置的方式处理钢水，其特点是处理速度快、钢水精炼比率高，从而对精炼工艺要求严格。为此，开发了适合CAS-OB在线精炼要求的合金微调工艺、吹氧燃烧升温工艺和钢水净化工艺。生产结果表明：开发的CAS-OB在线精炼工艺完全可以满足转炉-连铸快节奏的生产流程要求，而且冶金效果良好。
The liquid steel was refined in CAS-OB refining furnace of Chengde Iron & Steel Co by on-line method. The characteristics of the on-line refining technology include quick treatment and high refining ratio of liquid steel. The composition adjusting technology, heating liquid steel technology with blowing oxygen and clearing liquid steel technology have been developed so that the refining operation attains the demand of on-line production. The result of the production application showed that the on-line refining technology of CAS-OB is applicable in the production of converter and continuous cast, and good metallurgic results are achieved.
