研究了16MnR管线钢在0.01N Na2CO3+0.01N NaHC O3近中性pH值溶液中的电化学行为,结果表明当扫描速度分别为2 mV/s和0.5 mV/s时有3 个腐蚀电位;分别位于活化区、钝化区和活化-钝化过渡区.并且16MnR在此体系中处于一 个极不稳定的状态.金相显微镜观察其组织为铁素体和珠光体相间排列.
This paper mainly studied the electrochemical behavi or of 16MnR pipeline steel in a solution of 0.01N Na2CO3+0.01N NaHCO3 wit h near neutral pH.It was indicated that there were three corrosion potentials wh en scanning rate were 2 mV/s and 0.5 mV/s respectively under the environment for 16MnR in the solution of 0.01N Na2CO3+0.01N NaHCO3.Among them one was in the active range the second was in the passive range,and the third lays the acti ve-passive range.Conclusively,16MnR was unstable in 0.01N Na2CO3+0.01N NaHCO 3.Moreover,the Metallograph showed that the microstructure was ferrite colony and pearlier colony alternately.
