采用有限元分析法对块状材料和涂层/基底材料在显微硬度试验时表现的力学行为进行计算机模拟,分析在材料显微硬度试验时出现的若干现象,如基底对膜层硬度值的影响,为临界测试负荷的确定以及在微小负荷范围内,随着测试负荷下降,材料显微硬度普遍升高的负荷依存性等现象提供较满意的解释。

In order to explain many of the phenomena observed in microindentation test.for example, the substrate effect on the microhardness measurements of coating-substrate systems, the determining of the critical load and the apparent microhardness increase with decreasing load etc, the finite element method is applied to simulate the microindentation process on bulk materials and coating-substrate systems.
