本文基于电容层析成像方法对气固流化床干燥、混合过程进行测量分析,研究循环流化床干燥过程固体颗粒浓度分布、湿度等主要参数随时间的变化规律.其中电容传感器包括8电极圆形传感器,用于流化床颗粒包衣过程浓度分布测量,12-4组合电极用于环核区域颗粒浓度分布测量,基于电容层析测量手段,对制药行业与流化反应有关的过程进行了系统研究,对典型过程进行了优化分析和控制.
