为了研究钨对铜基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,制备了钨含量分别为0%、3%、6%、9%的铜基摩擦材料,并在环一块摩擦试验机上进行了摩擦磨损性能的实验.结果表明,在钨含量小于3%以下的范围内,钨可以使铜基摩擦材料的硬度小幅提高,含量超过3%后反而使硬度有所降低.随着钨含量的增加,铜基摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能得到了显著改善.
Cu based friction composites containing 0%、3%、6 9,6、9%W were fabricated,and the tribological experiments were carried out on a block-on-ring tester.The results show that W can enhance the hardness of Cu based friction composites slightly when the content of W was below 3%and decreased the hardness when the W content above 3%.The tribological properties of Cu based friction composites were improved significantly with the increment of W content.
