研究了热处理制度对M951合金组织和性能的影响,探讨了影响该合金塑韧性的微观机制.结果表明,经1050℃,4h,AC处理后,合金的强度较铸态有所降低,但塑性得到较大改善;采用1220℃,4h,AC+870℃,24h,AC处理后,合金强度大为提高,但塑性明显降低:经1220℃,4h,AC+1050℃,4h,AC+870℃,24h,AC处理后合金综合性能最佳.高温时效处理对提高合金塑性非常有利,并对γ相尺寸和正方度的调整均有显著影响.
