以埃洛石、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇为原料,合成了半互穿的水凝胶复合材料,并用红外和扫描电镜对产物进行了表征.研究了埃洛石的含量对复合材料吸附亚甲基蓝性能的影响,并用正交实验方法研究了材料的粒径、溶液的pH值和离子强度等因素对吸附亚甲基蓝性能的影响,还分析了吸附过程的热力学和动力学.结果表明,时吸附效果影响大小的顺序为pH值>粒径>离子强度;吸附数值对朗格缪尔吸附等温线拟合得非常好,在20℃时对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附量是1767mg/g.
