基于流体力学理论对不同工况下的煤灰颗粒冲刷槽道中圆管进行了直接数值模拟.流场和圆管之间的耦合采用内嵌边界技术结合多重直接力方法求解,颗粒轨道采用拉格朗日轨道模型求解并考虑颗粒与流体之间的双向耦合.采用新的磨损模型研究了磨损规律,计算并验证了该模型的正确性.并进一步通过内嵌边界技术结合多重热源方法研究了颗粒流中的传热.
