采用有机改性的气相二氧化硅二甲基二氯硅烷(OTMOS)与辛基三甲氧基硅烷(DMCS)作为硅源,在低温醇水体系中制备出具有多级孔结构的A型沸石分子筛(Hier-NaA).从透射电镜(TEM)照片中可以清楚的观察到在其晶体上存在着5~25 nm大小尺寸的中孔;同时多级孔LTA型沸石的Ar-吸附脱附等温线在低压区(P/P0 <0.2)被迅速填充完毕,而在相对压力较高的区(P/P0 =0.4~1.0)存在着H4型滞后环.与普通的A型沸石(NaA-0)相比较,多级孔LTA型沸石具有较高的氮氧分离选择系数(αN2/O2)和较快的Mg2交换速率,使得其在氮氧分离中可作为更有效的吸附剂及其在洗涤行业中可作为更高效的洗涤剂助剂.
