采用高温熔融淬冷法制备了以Bi2O3-B2O3-ZnO-SiO2为基础成分,同时添加不同含量CuO的包封玻璃,研究了氧化铜加入量对包封玻璃的结构、转变温度、软化温度、化学稳定性及其与铜厚膜润湿性的影响,同时研究了由包封玻璃制备的包封介质层与铜厚膜的结合情况.结果表明:随着CuO添加量的增加(0~7%),包封玻璃的结构逐渐变得疏松,包封玻璃的转变温度、软化温度逐渐降低,化学稳定性逐渐下降,而与铜膜的润湿性先得到改善,然后又变差.CuO添加量为2%时包封玻璃与铜厚膜的润湿性最佳,CuO添加量为1.5%时,制备的包封介质层与铜厚膜结合最致密.
