采用增重法测出了含铜和钛元素的镍基耐蚀合金在800℃空气中的高温氧化动力学曲线,并用扫描电镜及能谱仪对氧化膜的形貌和成分进行了分析,研究了铜和钛元素对合金高温氧化行为的影响。结果表明:随着铜元素含量的增多,合金的抗高温氧化能力逐渐变弱;在合金中加入一定量的钛元素可以使合金表面的氧化膜更加致密,增强合金的抗高温氧化能力。
The high-temperature oxidation tdnetic curves of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy in air at 800℃ were got by using weight gain method. The morphology and composition of the oxidation film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrometer. The effects of copper and titanium on high-temperature oxidation behavior of the alloy were studied. The results show that the high-temperature oxidation resistant property of the alloy gradually decreased with increase of copper content. The oxidation film on alloy surface was more compact and high-temperature oxidation resistant property was strengthened for adding a certain amount of titanium element.
