介绍了一种新型钢板剪切机,该机具有单轴非对称、负偏置结构。对非对称前后的钢板剪切力、连杆力、保持剪刃间隙恒定的后滑道推力进行了分析对比,并推导了非对称公式;对负偏置结构力学特性进行了分析,给出了负偏置范围的确定方法。理论分析结果和现场钢板剪切质量表明,非对称、负偏置结构对改善钢板剪切质量、提高圆弧剪刃寿命具有重要的意义。

A new plate cutting machine with single axle and asymmetric negative offset is introduced. The cutting force, compression force of crank arms, backward pushing force for remaining constant blade clearance are analyzed, and formula of asymmetry is deduced. Furthermore, the mechanical characteristics of the negative offset structure is analyzed and a method to determine negative offset range is presented. The theoryetical analysis and practice indicated that the asymmetric negative offset structure is important for increasing cutting quality and prolonging cutting edge life.
