介绍了一种膜/电极材料-导电微滤炭膜,通过在炭膜中加入造孔剂、导电炭黑研究其导电性能与孔结构性能的关系;并考察了在低压电场作用下,导电微滤炭膜水通量的变化规律及电化学氧化对亚甲基蓝处理效果的影响.结果表明,炭膜的导电性能随其孔隙率的增加而减小,炭黑的加入可有效地提高炭膜的导电性能.在低压电场的作用下,电渗效应和电化学反应的存在,使导电炭膜的水渗透通量明显地提高,并随着电场强度和膜本身导电性的增加,水渗透通量的增加程度更加显著.将导电炭膜用于亚甲基蓝污水体系,因导电炭膜表面亲水性的改变及电渗效应和电化学氧化的影响,不仅增大了炭膜的水渗透通量,同时通过对吸附膜表面亚甲基蓝的氧化降解作用,使炭膜表现出一定的抗膜污染能力.
