采用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)分析方法,研究了退火温度和时间对新型超低碳烘烤硬化钢再结晶织构的影响.分析了取向差、取向分布函数和fiber线等试验数据.研究结果表明:在再结晶完成的条件下,延长退火加热时间和提高退火温度,会降低BH钢的{111}面织构的取向密度,并会增加{100}面织构的取向密度.
By the means of Electron Back-Scatter Diffraction(EBSD), the effects of annealing temperature and time on recrystallization texture of extra-low carbon BH steel were investigated, misorientation angle, orientation distri-bution functions and oriented fiber were analysesed. Results show that with the increasing of quenching time and temperature after recrystallization finished, the orientation density of {111} texture drops and the density of {100} texture become stronger.
