利用Thermo-calc软件计算了含铝和不含铝Cr8WMo2V2SiNb钢中各相体积分数的变化,结果表明:铝的加入能明显提高该钢的A_(cl)点,珠光体向奥氏体转变过程中出现较宽温度范围的铁素体相区.通过试验证明:加入1.2%Al后,实验钢的A_(cl)点显著升高并且淬火组织中出现铁素体组织,与计算结果十分吻合.
The variation of different phase volume fraction in Cr8WMo2V2SiNb steels containing aluminum and no aluminum were calculated by Thermo-calc software. The calculated result shows that the addition of aluminum increases A_(cl) temperature and a wide temperature range of ferrite phase area is observed in the process of transformation from pearlite to austenite. The experiment results prove that A_(cl), temperature of the steel is significantly enhanced and ferrite appears in quenched mierostrueture for Cr8Mo2WVNb steel with addition of 1.2% Al. This experiment results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
