研究了烧结助剂Li2O对Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9性能的影响.体密度与SEM测试结果表明,添加约3%(摩尔分数)Li后,1450℃烧结试样的相对密度达到了98%,与传统固相反应1600℃烧结的Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9相当,说明试样的致密烧结温度降低了约150℃,,烧结致密同时Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9的平均晶粒尺寸仅为5μm,较纯Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(10}tm)明显细化且有良好的机械强度.通过XRD图谱分析可知,在1450℃添加烧结助剂烧结使Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9致密化的同时并无新相出现,Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9仍为萤石结构的单相.交流阻抗谱结果表明,添加3%(摩尔分数)Li的Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9与1600℃烧结的纯Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9相比电导率增大同时活化能降低.Li2O是一种效果良好的烧结助剂.
