通过慢应变速率拉伸试验和扫描电镜研究了敏化对304L不锈钢在高温下不同浓度NaOH溶液中应力腐蚀开裂的影响.结果表明:经敏化后该钢在不同温度和浓度NaOH溶液中的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能显著下降,其中温度的影响比浓度更为显著;性能下降的主要原因是敏化后碳化物沿晶界析出,形成了贫铬区.
Effect of sensitizadon on stress corrosion cracking(SCC) of 304L stainless steel in NaOH solutions with different concentrations at high temperatures was investigated by using slow strain rate tests (SSRT) and SEM technology.The results show that after sensitization,the resistance of the steel to SCC declined remarkably under the conditions of different temperatures and concentrations in NaOH solution.The effect of temperature was more obvious than that of the concentration.The main reason which resulted in the property reduction was the carbide precipation along the grain boundaries after sensitization and the formation of chromium depleted zone.
