本文系统地研究了脆硫锑铅精矿中Sb,Sn和As在浸出与电积过程中的行为,指出改变浸出液组成和实验条件有利于提高Sb和Sn,As的分离效果;讨论了As在浸出液中的络离子形态及其在银汞膜电极上还原的机理,求得有关的电极动力学参数;讨论了SnS_4~(4-)离子在锡电极上还原的动力学规律,及溶液中Na_2S和SbS_3~(3-)离子浓度对SnS_4~(4-)还原过程电流效率的影响。
The separating efficiency of Sb from As and Sn may be improved bychanging the composition of extract and the testing condition for leaching fromjamesonite concentrate. The related kinetic parameters of electrode reaction wereevaluated under discussion on the form of complex ion AsS_3~(3-) in extract and thereduction at amalgam electrode. It was also discussed about the effect of concentra-tion of Na_2S and SbS_3~(3-) in solution on the current efficiency of SnS_4~(4-) reduction.
