研究了Nb/Ti扩散的特性和机理以及经过相同时间、不同温度时效热处理的Nb/Ti扩散偶样品中NbTi合金层的厚度、保温结束后淬火与炉冷的扩散偶样品中NbTi合金层微观结构的区别,讨论了它们对NbTi超导体微观结构和性能的影响.研究表明通过选择合适的扩散制度能获得理想的微观结构和制备出高性能的NbTi超导线材.
