研究了TMCP工艺对双相不锈钢S32101中厚板组织和性能的影响.TMCP处理后,材料在-40℃冲击值为43 J,与退火态相比下降了61 J;TMCP态的点蚀失重速率为6.48g/(m2·h),与退火态相比升高了一倍左右.TEM分析显示,铁素体和奥氏体相内分布着大量的位错.铁素体相内和两相界面均未发现析出相.组织未完全回复再结晶是冲击性能和耐蚀性下降的主要原因.
