聚碳酸酯( PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物( ABS)是两种广泛应用的热塑性工程塑料。在这项研究中,一种PC树酯和一种ABS树脂在不同温度下加工或加工多次。用流变仪来进行模拟加工。为研究加工对树脂中添加剂的影响,用气相色谱-质谱( GC-MS)来分析加工前后树脂的提取液。研究结果表明加工中添加剂会因分解和转化失去,特别是在高温下加工或加工几个周期后。

Polycarbonate ( PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ( ABS) are two engineering thermoplastics widely used.In the present study ,a PC resin and an ABS resin were processed at different temperatures or for dif-ferent number of cycles.A rheometer was used to simulate reprocessing.To study the effect of processing on the additives in resin ,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) was used to analyse the extracts from the resins before and after processing.It was found that processing led to additive loss because of decomposition or conver -sion,particularly at high temperatures or during multiple processing.
