针对通钢FTSC(Flexible Thin Slab Caster)薄板坯连铸生产1250 mm×72 mm断面SS400铸坯产生中间裂纹的问题,通过研究分析铸坯金相组织和探讨薄板坯产生中间裂纹的原因,优化扇形段压下终点、扇形段入口出口压下量、二冷水给水模式及更换辊子不转的扇形段、清理氧化铁皮,降低夹持辊扭矩等控制措施,使1250 mm×72 mm断面SS400铸坯产生中间裂纹的缺陷得到有效控制。
Abstract:The causes of intermediate crack generated in the Tonggang FTSC thin-slab of SS400 whose cross-section is 1250×72 were analyzed. The defects ratio of SS400 was effectively controlled by optimization of reduction end point of the segment, the rolling reduction of the segment entry and export, the secondary cooling water; changing the segments with rollers which do not rotate on time and removing scale between segment rollers to decrease torsion of pinch rolls.
