分别测试在CrNi3MoVA钢表面溅射NiCrAlY涂层和电火花沉积NiCrAlY涂层的室温摩擦磨损性能,研究了磨损机制.结果表明:在稳定磨损阶段,两种涂层的摩擦系数均低于基体,其中电火花沉积层的摩擦系数最小,具有显著的减摩效果.溅射涂层的磨损机制主要是粘着磨损,而电火花沉积层的磨损机制主要是微切削磨料磨损.
