在酸性溶液中,以透明导电玻璃(ITO)为工作电极,Pt网为对电极,电化学沉积制备了Cu2O颗粒膜.利用了X射线衍射(XRD)研究了Cu2O的结构,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了添加剂对晶粒形貌的影响,并对晶体的生长机制进行了讨论.结果表明,由于Cl-在Cu2O不同晶面的选择吸附作用,随Cl-浓度的增加,Cu2O的形貌由树枝状结构逐渐向立方结构过渡.
